How It Works
When you subscribe to any KONNETEC paid plan, you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee starting from your first payment date. If you decide KONNETEC isn't the right fit for your business within the first 30 days, simply contact us for a full refund.
Eligibility
- New subscriptions only: The guarantee applies to your first payment for a new subscription.
- 30-day window: Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of your initial payment.
- All paid plans: Covers Starter, Business, and Enterprise plans.
- Fair use: Service must be used in accordance with our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
- Email us at support@konnetec.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include your account email address and reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during signup
What Happens After Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your subscription will be immediately canceled
- Your account will be downgraded (data preserved for 30 days in case you return)
- You'll receive an email confirmation of the refund
- The refund will appear on your statement within 5-7 business days
After the 30-Day Window
After your first 30 days, the money-back guarantee no longer applies. However, you can still cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period—no partial refunds for unused time.
Exceptions
The following situations are not covered by our money-back guarantee:
- Refund requests after the 30-day guarantee period
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
- Accounts engaged in fraudulent activity or abuse
- Second or subsequent refund requests from the same customer
